01 / Minimum Order Quantity
To ensure consistency and production efficiency, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for unbranded single-use wipes is 100,000 units per batch.
02 / Branded Orders
We offer full customization for your brand’s identity and packaging.
Branded nylon bags begin at a minimum of 1 ton.
Final pricing is determined by the number of brand colors selected, as additional colors impact setup and printing costs.
03 / Printing & Repeat Orders
Your first branded order includes printing and setup costs (artwork, color separation, and plate creation).
For subsequent reorders, only printing costs apply — your established design remains ready for production, saving you time and cost.
04 / Pricing & Taxation
All prices are exclusive of tax.
Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied at the prevailing government rate at the time of invoicing.
05 / Production & Lead Time
Production timelines are shared upon confirmation of payment and artwork approval.
Lead times vary depending on material availability, branding complexity, and order volume.
To secure your preferred schedule, we recommend early booking and finalization.
06 / Product Integrity
Each wipe is crafted under stringent hygiene and quality control conditions.
Our formulation is biodegradable, water-based, and 0% alcohol, enhanced with plant-based Aloe Vera for a gentle, refreshing cleanse — suitable for all skin types.
07 / Payment Terms
Production begins once payment confirmation is received or per agreed written terms.
Full payment must be made within the stipulated timeframe to avoid processing delays.
08 / Brand Assets & Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, and artwork supplied by clients remain their intellectual property.
Clearish is not liable for any third-party copyright or trademark claims arising from client-provided assets.
09 / Order Changes & Cancellations
Once production has started, order changes or cancellations may incur additional costs.
Please note: custom-branded items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10 / Legal Framework
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
